Ms. Lisa is amazing! She goes out of her way to make sure guests are always safe while the rooms remain clean and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Two Notch location.
This is one of the best extended stay options in Columbia. The room is cleaner then many apartment presentations, squeaky clean microwave and refrigerator go along way in a studio apt set up. The manager Lisa will go out of her way to help when possible. It's nice to be treated like a friend, not just a guest.
This was one of the best decisions that I made while getting my life together. The staff is very friendly and willingness to help is beyond measure. A very special thanks to Ms. Lisa for her phenomenal professionalism and kindness towards every guest that has the honor of meeting her.

The property manager lisa is very attentive to all the guests needs concerns and quality of life here at in town suites . The maintenance staff is top notch and takes care of issues promptly and professionally. We have been here since August of 2024 and we are very pleased with the staff and operation.
Lisa the general manager has been awesome since the starting with my reservations to accommodate my needs as a veteran with mobility issues that I needed a room in the first floor. She was able to change my original reservations to a room on the first floor. I just moved here a few days ago unexpectedly prior to getting my new apartment which I will be there afterwards. Plus Lisa helps out with another issue as helping with her staff for an issue to that I needed yesterday that was caused by the previous guest. Additionally she makes sure all on my extended stay with the laundry room location in this hotel.
The manager was really friendly, the location was not too bad, and nobody bothered you. The rooms were cleaned and comfortable. Staying there was a great decision
I have been here for over six months and it has been very comfortable. People are friendly and the staff is great . Ms. Lisa, the GM, make me feel welcome. And she is very encouraging. She has much wisdom and that is very comforting.
